Before you begin
- Find the model name on your product or packaging.
- Keep your purchase invoice or receipt ready.
- Open the registration service and follow its instructions.
This is the existing Google Form reached by our printed warranty QR code. If Google asks you to sign in, follow its instructions. If you cannot access the form, contact support@lumivault.in for help.

Warranty at a glance
Your supplied warranty card states a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and asks you to register within 7 days of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase.
The card excludes normal wear and tear, physical damage, misuse, and exposure to water or moisture. For an issue or registration difficulty, contact support; eligibility is assessed against your product’s warranty terms.
Already registered?
You do not need to register again to contact support. Registration does not itself confirm a warranty claim. Refer to the warranty terms supplied with your product.
Your registration information is submitted on the external warranty service. This page does not collect or store those details. Optional Google Analytics measures page visits and link clicks after you accept analytics. Your preference is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics settings below to reject or withdraw; advertising personalisation stays off.
